Casey,

All the buying came from one firm, Levesque. He is, shall we say, a "guardian angel" for this company. Prentis is gonna be in Europe this week to update the convertible bondholders and my guess is that this buying was just some "window dressing".

Will be interesting to see if our friendly "Big Seller" jumps in this week and starts dumping again at these prices.

Although they are not yet in a position to be able to log the Fortenberry yet it is looking a lot more promissing that they should be able to do so in the near future.

If folks are waiting for solid confirmation that the Fortenberry has come in before buying this stock then you have to think long & hard, right now, about what price at which you will be willing to pay for that reduction of risk. I'm hearing stories about some serious amounts of stock (how about half a million shares for starters) that is ready to be acquired on the open market as soon as the Fortenberry is successfully logged.

The biggest mistake folks will make is to see the stock run up to, say, $.70 on the Fortenberry logging news, and then say, "damn, can't buy it now -- its run up too much". IMO the stock still would have plenty of upside potential from the $.70 mark once the Fortenberry came in.
