I think that's the point. They don't have the cash yet. They aren't going to have much for a little while, anyway. And they may have to make payments on these new purchases . . . so expect a bit more dilution. Nothing like the NRID's, etc., but five or ten percent, here and there, for good causes.

What kind of cash flow does the AFIS line represent? Fifty cents a share? How long will it take IDT to get to the point where it can carry that load? Probably sometime in 2000 or 2001.
