There are some single floppy distributions here
that may be just what you are looking for. I've
just started looking at it. It looks like you
might be able to do the proxy or NAT using a system
that boots from a floppy and runs in ram. Just
the ticket for that stripped 486 or P-75 setting
in the corner.

total to 6. I could use sygate 3.0 which has a 6 person license. or I am looking at
getting a Linux server


I don't understand the question. All you have to do is buy some more licenses of the product you choose. There are many on windows. Linux is an alternative but hardly recommended for novices. Nothing I have seen yet on any platform beats the simplicity of sygate.

SEan
