Of course I've seen them but at that time GLE and it's fuel cell was not around. Ballard is still running it's vehicles on pure hydrogen, it still has to produce a vehicle with a decent reformer. Necar3 had a reformer for methanol that was 1/2 the size of the vehicle I believe. Third hand gossip in Vancouver is that the Ballard buses have to go back to the depot after 2 hours of running and they can't make it up one particular steep hill in Burnaby. When Ballard has regular mass production vehicles on the road I'll believe the story. The great thing about Ballard is that they whetted the publics and the streets appetite for Fuel Cell stories.
