Stock4U, There're so many errors in that post. I'll just point out some of the obvious.

1. There are 5.72 million shares fully diluted, not 5 MM shares.

2. The company is about to report a loss of $1.50/share. This is due to the unrealized depreciation in COOL value on 3/31/99 vs 12/31/98 (same way a gain was reported for the previous quarter, giving the illusion of a low PE)

2. PE? What a misconception. Wait till you see the loss this past quarter. As it stands now, WCAP will also report another loss for the current quarter, once again as a result of declining price in COOL. No unrealized gain in ROWE will be recorded for this quarter.

3. Earnings of $10 for this year? LOL, just shows you the kind of quality of Yahoo posts. The one you reposted here must be one of the best there to make its way here. Yet, it's full of errors.

4. WCAP holds less than 94,000 shares of WGAT, not 140,846 shares because of a 0.667 conversion factor. In fact the company put out a press release last week disclosing the 2 for 3 conversion.

5. By the same token, WCAP's holdings in MPATH will be converted to common stock at a conversion factor of 0.61

6. WCAP's preferred stocks in JWEB will be converted to common stocks at a conversion factor of no more than 0.18

7. As for the others in the listing, just read the 10K and you'll see that some of them are just small loans made to those outfits, all are very small investments. Most are just mom-and-pop small businesses. And none is in the internet field. No chance for going public.

Regards,

Tom
