thanks for the kind words, jw. that was nice of you to say that.

have you tried making a pc tips word file to keep all the neat stuff in? that's what i have been doing. right now it has a table of contents and then the tips. no subjects yet. just all lumped together. but i did put the topics in bold italics. <gg> eventually i'll separate them into topics.

some of the tips that i use frequently, or that i know i will need 'right now' (like settings for the canon printer to print envelopes, or how to toggle back and forth between letter size and legal size, or how to cancel a large, in-progress print job) i just print them out in large letters and tack them to the wall near my work station.

but i really like the pc tips idea. never a prob finding them. i even put a shortcut on my desktop.
