I saw
the payroll sheets for 1998 and 1999 to the present. Rob Gordon did not take his salary for many
months in 1998 and has not drawn a salary check so far in 1999. The salary will accrue, however,
and will be owed to him when the company can afford to pay him.


Afford to pay sounds like money to me.

Suzanne, perhaps you would also be willing to ask if Gordon plans to convert any more of his loan to shares this year. Over 6M shares at .15/share is quite a score for a 1M loan. Hopefully he will wait until there are profits to pay him off or if he is going to convert more, his will choose a much higher price than .15.
