Daniel Miller: I gave out a warning after the stock jumped to 3. Also I can't post on a board before I rec. it or else people will figure out the next stock. (From: #reply-8996802 ) SEC: Market manipulation most often involves attempts to drive up a stock's price in the secondary trading market by creating demand through the dissemination of false and misleading information. The manipulator normally owns shares in the company's stock and sells out after the price is artificially inflated. When the manipulation is complete, the share price normally collapses, victimizing those who purchased during the scheme at higher prices. This form of manipulation is commonly referred to as the "pump and dump." (From: sec.gov )
