Studious - I asked a question earlier as to whether or not you could buy OTC stocks through DATEK. I found my own answer, no. If I want to jump into this stock, I will probably have to go through my full service broker. Can you quickly explain how to purchase OTC stocks? Is it just like buying a NYSE or Nasdaq issue? I have never purchased one before, and am tossing around the idea of trying a few shares of this one. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Les

In November 1998, the Company entered into an agreement with a Texas corporation, Access Universal, Inc., to provide that business with Internet telephony services through December 31, 2001. The Company and Access Universal anticipate that their business relationship will begin to become active in 1999, at which time they intend to commence developing a business to process Internet Protocol communications traffic between the U.S. and the Pacific Rim, beginning with calling card generated traffic of 1,000,000 minutes per month expecting to increase an additional 2,000,000 minutes per month within six months of operation.
