Jack, it is BLM lands...with names that I don't recall. At some times I thought I remember seeing the Global names and at others a group of individual names...I did not keep that part of the reseach notes...thought there was no need. I got what was wanted.( by the Association of Eight)Claim area number #1 (one) is patented land and owned outright by some deed holder ( A real estate deed is BTW the exact same instrument as a Quit Claimed Mineral Lease< upon transfer and even Location notices are infact simalar in legal discription to a deed - once non-patented land becomes said patented ). Chuca-notsuperb, just a wild and regular guy.
