If I were an insider and came up with this idea of taking my bank internet, and putting out a PR, and putting up any type website ( even a cheap one and having to find an outside website designer) I sure would have my 144 ducks in a row so I could participate in the possible gap and buying volume.

Without the 144 filing I think, as an officer or director, I would not be allowed to sell any stock at all - would I?
