Exactly what I meant...

In the case of PCNA (and many others), insiders sold first, and
filed afterwards. It seems to be legal.

I guess USA Bancshares' insiders could not settle for a "poor" 30%
quick return.
It seems they will be more lucky on Monday.

However it turns out, it's going to be a good show! ;-)
