Howdy all DDSI shareholders! Just got off the phone with Mr Michael Pellegrino (Chief Financial Officer-DDSI) and this is what I was able to learn. Q) What is the current status of the FBI certification process? A) They (DDSI) are still in constant communication with the FBI about the much awaited FBI certification/approval and are currently supplying the FBI with additional information about their technology as the process progresses. To quote Mr. Pellegrino..."We are all sitting back on pins and needles!" Q) Why have you decided to move forward prior to FBI cert.? A) They fully expect and see no reason why they will not receive this approval/certification. Thus, they are continuing on with their corporate agenda and plans of expansion. Q) Does the delay in FBI certification indicate that there maybe a problem with the certification? A) No! Again, we are fully expecting the approval/cert. and are continuing with DDSI's plans in anticipation of this approval. Q) Is there any forthcoming news/PRs that you are at liberty to discuss? A) No! Not at this time. Q) What exactly is your relationship with IBM and is this relationship currently producing for your bottom line? A) We have a formal agreement with IBM as it concerns our "Mug Shot" technology and IBM has selected DDSI as their "vendor of choice" in this arena. This relationship is currently producing very little for our bottom line, however, we have great hopes for the future. Q) What is your status as it relates to becoming a reporting company? A) They anticipate their auditors (KPMG) to begin their audit sometime in late June or early July in order for them to become fully reporting by October.
