The computer you describe will be powerful enough to run the whole NAS.<g> I ordered a DELL laptop after first looking up their site and then talking to their customer service people.

We share the lack of tech-a-bility. My teenager also has a girlfriend but while he is still living at home, he has to help me.

Get a computer with current features, quality components and WIN 98. Your software and your online broker is your first consideration. Get quality software for trading. Your ISP connection is your second consideration. With WIN 98, you can get real fancy and use multi monitors. All that junk you see loaded on computers, may come in handy someday. You don't need anything special in hardware for trading. Good speed is all you need. Oh and a little luck.

Lurky - Make sure that Trader J takes care of you, or I will send someone to take care of him. :)

If you have any questions regarding the PC, please just ask away. Tony B. here as well knows his stuff too and is happy to help anyone with questions.

As far as ASTN goes, I would be willing to pick up more on the first dip in the AM. Maybe not a 100% position but a decent position that you could ride for a couple of days to a couple of months. ASTN has huge potential, or so it would appear .... if they can execute. A couple hundred well priced shares could go a long way here.

Good luck and let me know what you decide to do. I am still expecting to, most likely, sell some into the gap and look for a pull back.

Trade well.
