Toby and Jim; If I could stick my 2cents in.. I have been a long term holder of Source Media. A few months ago Source signed a LOI with United Video which completed it's merger with TV Guide a few weeks after. The "key" to this deal was a server based EPG and patents to cover it which SRCM holds. This should render TVGIA's problems with Gemstar almost moot. TV Guide has been VERY tightlipped about this deal with Source Media as the definitive agreement hasn't been finalized yet. I would expect to see this VERY SOON[ end April ] and then you should begin to hear TV Guide promote very heavily this EPG as well as their whole digital interactive game plan. I expect it to be very impressive. mw
