KCMike,

Good morning and, yes, I believe this week will be very significant for ITKG. The reason is the Form 10 for ITKG's financial status and it's filing with the SEC. I have contacted the company and I believe we are within days of that event.

I realize that ITKG has been somewhat tight lipped recently and I truly believe that our immediate future as shareholders is looking very bright. Will we see announcements follow the Form 10 ? Yes in my view. Will the management of ITKG advise us of the reasons of their recent travels ? Yes in my view.

I will be contacting ITKG investor relations daily and will push for some answers.

a little ATEL to do it
