Is that a 'real' bid this morning on SUF? Do I see $6.50?

Brian

Hello Confluence.

Every analyst report that I have seen (FM , TD , Merrill , NB and BOE) all have pointed to cash flow concerns post - M1 ; i.e. the need for SUF to bring another mine into production to complement production from the Klipspringer fissures. The Messina deal addresses that concern in spades (I was - and still am - betting on another find at Marsfontein so this deal is an incredible bonus). I do however have some concern that the domestic market may not fully appreciate this in terms of the share price in the absence of a strike in the NWT - i.e. the analysts may be bullish but the buyers aren't there ; in that eventuality a foreign listing will almost become a necessity.

I seem to recall a previous poster noting that the JSE does not permit dual listings , or at least requires that the primary listing be the JSE?

You DO remember Berton! As for the Great One , yes , yesterday was a sad day.

<<I believe their are some restrictions about
foreign listed securities trading in RSA, but that is all I know.>>

I read that dual listings are not allowed.
