Herm, I posted the recent Option Wizard information because it had been mentioned over 20 times in the first 1700 Thread Messages.

Thought it was something of value. Thanks for your clarification.

This Index is driving me nuts, but, it's gonna be GOOD. /Dick

One option analysis package I have found informative is Option Insight. You can find it at www.optioninsight.com. For the stock you specify, it will d/l the latest delayed quote and show comparisons of all the possible combinations of call/put/bull-call-spread/bull-put-spread/etc. It also has nice little graphing feature for the spread you are examining. That's all it does; so its not really very flexible. But it is a convenient learning tool.

Oh, it also has another major feature. Its currently FREE <g>

It did
help me to better understand the dynamics of the variables. Note, if you are not
number oriented and lack the ability to visualize an investment and apply the
information presented in the spreadsheet, it will not make a difference in your
investments.

thanks Herm.

Ken Trester has some stuff he sells to do the same thing.

also....I had the thought that if one is not "number-oriented", one is not going to do too well in the options business at ALL.!!
