MXNT >>> Strengths and Weakness

I agree, Look at Netscape when it was started. Mark Andressen was a computer geek but lacked administrative skills and business skills.
James Barksdale, Mike Homer, Jim Shaw (I think I have correct names) saw the potential for the new innovative concept/product. I believe one of them quit his job with FedEx(Fortune 100) just to join hands with a fresh out college kid with some brilliant idea. The results we all know today.
Go2Net (GNET) original founders in my opinion lacked business skills but due to their technical strength they succeded. Silicon Investors owners has even admitted when it got acquired by G02Net that they lacked business skills but had tons of technical strength. We all know where SI and GO2NET is today.
Yahoo is another classic example. Jarry Wang and David Filo ( sharp computer wiz kids) were able to lure Tim Koogle to join its board and lead the company.

I am very sure that sooner or later we will hear some big names on board of MXNT.
And ya don't forget MXNT is still a development stage company which is working on creating nice web properties. Remember Las Vegas they built it and we go............

Just my views.
