California Technology Stock Letter

of April 16, 1999 states that COMS will be taken over by the end of the year for between $40 - $50 per share. They state the rumor in Silicon Valley is that Ericsson is currently talking to COMS about a buyout. Other possible acquirers are Lucent, Alcatel, Siemens and Nokia. They further state that although they predict a buyout by the end of 1999 it could come soon after the audited fiscal 1999 results are available in June 1999.

Joe Gun: Where is the source of your information....buyout certainly unlikely...nothing to indicate such! I certainly would not want benhamou at the table....look what happened the last time he sat down at the table...USRX!! Question: Would you allow your Real Estate Agent to "bargain" for you after he sold you a house that dropped 50% in value? I thinkkkkk not!
