USAB big moves comes when theMonday press release hits the wire. Looks like USAB management managing the timing just right.

Their Friday PR would increase awareness, the stock would open higher, then as it calms the press release will be issue.

Of course there is Joe Kernan who may bring a comment and double the price in minutes.
