What I especially like is how they tell you (while you are on hold of course) that for really great, speedy service to use their automated telephone service. They don't seem to appreciate that the reason you are presently waiting on hold is because their poxy automated telephone service is broken again.

Logged on, grabbed a couple of quotes, placed an order, watched it execute within ~30 seconds and then logged off, without any problem whatsoever.
