Well, the 'option expiration' theory fails on AOL's price
dropping and/or all other internet stock price.

We must convince ourselves that the dropping is due to
fund managers' rotating tech. money into cyclicals as
all the news emphasized in the last few days.

Do nothing! Sit out the storm.

To S.M.: Wondering about that myself. Could be
additional follow through from selling last week.
All of my internets are down: AOL, DCLK, MSPG, VRIO.
Looks like money continues to flow into the NYSE
big caps. Internet corrections last between 3 and
5 days. Current correction-about 4 days now. I suspect
we'll see some buyers coming in late this morning and
then before the close. Good Luck!!!

S.M. I suspect that this is the reaction from the weekend news that Fidelity is moving out of High Tech's and Cyclical's are hot now. I do not think that the Cyclical's can provide the growth that the High Techs can provide. Sooner or later the money will move back into High Techs.

I believe today's market action on aol is a response to friday's technical weakness in afterhour market. The good news is that the worst is over!
