My response follows, but do you have any reason to think they're not highly credible?

1) Customer list: Microsoft, The New York Times, Epson, General Mills, CS First Boston, Pfizer, Hotel Reservation Network, and The Federal Reserve Bank.
2) Leon Black investing in the company.
3) Management. Read heading for this message board.
4) Recent Management Additions:
* Tracie Hasse, Business Development Manager -- Previously a Major Account Manager for Eastman Kodak, Ms. Hasse successfully drove enterprise-wide installations of digital equipment for business automation and served as sales trainer and product development specialist. Ms. Hasse also held positions with Walt Disney Company, Taylor Woodrow Construction Company, and J.R. Roberts Company as Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Estimator.
* Jason McEntee, Business Development Manager -- Before joining Rare Medium, Mr. McEntee held the position of Senior Account Executive at TBWA Chiat/Day Advertising Agency. Overseeing all regional television, radio, and newspaper advertising campaigns for Nissan Motor Corporation in the Southwestern U.S., he helped develop the current look and feel of the award-winning Nissan advertising campaign.
* Greg Seares, Media & Marketing Manager -- Mr. Seares most recently served as an interactive media consultant in San Francisco, where he worked on a variety of projects including the development and marketing of the Old Navy E-Commerce site. Prior to that, he was an interactive media buyer at Anderson & Lembke Advertising where he planned and negotiated on-line campaigns for the Microsoft Corporation, and was instrumental in the development of the Windows 98 launch campaign.
* Minh Tran, Senior Designer -- Formerly lead designer at USWeb/CKS, Mr. Tran was responsible for the design of many facets of the NBC Web site and also contributed to the creative component of many business development efforts. He will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of interface design and graphic solutions.
* Jake Wills, Associate Producer -- Prior to landing at Rare Medium, Mr. Wills served as the Director of Production at The WOW Factor, a multimedia production company in Hollywood, CA. While at The WOW Factor, he developed an expertise in large-format video billboards by producing animations for Discover Card, Panasonic, Waterford Crystal and others, many of which were featured during the 1998-1999 New Year's Eve celebration in Times Square New York City. He began his career as a project leader for The Calvert School in Baltimore, developing educational multimedia applications for elementary school students.
* Eric Wood, Design Director -- Before joining Rare Medium, Mr. Wood was the Senior Art Director at DNA Studio, a leading interactive firm in the entertainment industry. While at DNA Studio, he designed entertainment products for the band U2 and for numerous movies including The Mask of Zorro, Tomorrow Never Dies, and Gattaca. His work has also been integral to Web sites for Maverick Records, Paramount Pictures, and Star Trek Continuum. Prior to working with DNA Studio, he was an Art Director for C4 Design Group in New York, and the Lead Designer for Standard & Poor's Web site.
