The market will try to wrench the shares away with dips and bumps in the road. I will just turn off the set and go fishing. That will show them.

CD rate: USAB v.s. NTBK. I check both CD rate offerred by USAB and
NTBK.

It appears to me that USAB offers better
rate than NTBK:

6 months (APY) --- 5.41% (USAB);
5.35%(NTBK)
12 months (APY) --- 5.51% (USAB);
5.5%(NTBK).

In addition to that, USAB will also
off CD AUCTION, this may be very big.
Let us wait and see.
