Unless you want to see a wave of TIPS sells on the Monday after DOR, I'd make those shares restricted. I think everyone got dollar signs in their heads after seeing TIPS shares trade at the $5.00 level, but we know it didn't hold. Better to wait for a month before turning loose those new shares.

"Details in regards to wether spin-off shares will be free trading or restricted has yet to be announced." This strikes me as suspicious as all other details are worked out but management can't decide on this issue? A one year restriction on these stocks will not surprise me, however if people don't get told before the d.o.r. many will look at this as an artificial means to try and sustain the price of tnrg long enough for some people to quietly liquidate there position. Also Do you have a cash position in any of the companies that you promote or is your risk simply the valuation of the free apparently non restricted shares you were given to whip these chat forums into a frenzy?

P.S. wether = a castrated sheep, whether = whether or not you ever answer my questions concerning your cash holdings will determine if I ever will get evolved with any of the companies that you promote.
