Thanks for the update,as for the motions to possibly be voted on why would a company want to increase the shares to 100 million?? except of course to aquire other companies.If not for that reason and that reason only then IMO it would hurt the share holders.Please keep in mind I'm a amateur and from what I read investors look for companies with a small amount of shares.Not 100 million.Someone please respond if I'm on the wrong track.Thanks
