David - just posted this over on the accr thread - Jim, thanks for posting that - I got my alert at 9:35 from my DLJ news server, but I cannot cut and print from there. It is listed under the ACCR symbol, but you're right, it only makes mention of " an agreement with Access Power Inc. (OTC BB: ACCR) of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. " I would have posted immediately thinking I could go pick up the news on one of the other news services, but not out as an ACCR news release (except on DLJ!) at that moment. sorry.... darrol db
