Wayne, I have no idea about valuation. I heard David Faber chirping about the stocks this morning and his scoop from March. I was kind of surprised the deal was for cash. Folks tend to look at Ebitda on these things, which is a word Andy Kaufman used to have his Latka character on Taxi say all the time. <g> I guess that is because nobody really has to pay taxes or interest and because depreciation doesn't really take place in these markets where the technology is only lasts for a cup of coffee. <g>
