Shareholder vote set for July 1st..but im not even sure it will come down to that..NO way, NO how Diller deal goes through as it stands now. Hopefully, it doesnt go through at all..cmgi and other institutional shareholders wont go for it..Think Wetherell or some other interested party will wait for dillers 17% buy in option @ 127.50 to expire before making better deal with larger net co or major tv network but definetly not diller..other party could also give BD incentive pkg to just walk away.. susan
