Jacalyn, Thanks for your thought-provoking answer... and excuse my patronizing you. Well, well... I have to conclude that most Americans are not enthusiastic about coming to the rescue of these @#!* Europeans once again... Then maybe I should stress the economic interest of the US in ''saving'' Europe... See, Jacalyn, the world is currently entering one of the worst economic slump ever: over-production, deflation, and protectionist red tape are once again threatening the so-called free flow of money and trade around the globe. A jingoist Europe would further jeopardize one of America's favorites: Free Trade.
