I think that being above board is the only way to operate and full disclosure is the only way to keep yourself from any future stockholder litigation should something bad happen to stock value. The SEC fines you based on the profit you made and insures that you have made no profit at all by the time they are done with you. I can understand what will happen if he comes out and states that he has no real cash position, however if this company can stand on its own without paid promoters trying to convince you and me that this is the best thing since peanut butter, then prices will regroup and continue to do grow.
