no man, i think 'they' see your order, coming down the pike, before you confirm it, and they buy the book, or cancel an order, and then price jack it around, however they want, the small float, is amazing....

By what I am reading here it looks like a number of brokers caught by surprise that's why all those problem on fills. Low float fast market has put these brokers over their head.
