Stock isn't falling per se... As I painfully learned on Thursday last week, when IATV appears to be in a freefall (3-4 point drop in 10-12 minutes) you gotta either sell at the very beginning of the fall or just hold tight. I didn't have a stop order in (not that dumb) but the stock shot down from 17 to 13 1/2 in 15 minutes, below my mental stop of 15. I pulled the trigger and it was a bad call.

So long as the stock is in an uptrend, don't sell when it's falling.

As you saw earlier this morning, stock started at 21 and dropped where, a touch below 18 (?) before rallying back up over 20. When the CCall started, stock dropped again, down to 17 1/8 but within a few minutes it was back over 18. Now it's hovering around 18. When it's falling, instinct may be to pull the trigger and save what profits you have, but you'll be kicking yourself in 20 or 30 minutes. When I sold at 13 9/16, stock ran up to 16+ by the end of the day and 20+ by end of day Friday (fortunately I bought back in on Friday so caught much of that run, but had less than half as many shares.)

Learn from my mistakes, people :-). Also the more people sell in those down drafts, the more pronounced the downs are.
