El,

Ding-dong, the BONHEAD TWINS are gone! I knew Rosen wouldn't let half of the company's value disappear without doing something about it. Being a member of the PC industry since 1980, I can vouch for the fact that Ben Rosen is a quality guy, and just like when Canion was replaced this was obviously necessary as well. It may take some time, but Mr. Rosen is more than capable of leading this company back to the kind of profitability we'd all like to see.

Regards,

JMaz

El: With all the market gyrations going on, CPQ is trading in a pretty narrow range and although volume is heavy (as it is in the overall market), it's not extreme. If what the street hates most is uncertainty (and it does), CPQ has surely provided it, so the fact that it's not taking the stock down on a day like today bodes very well for this being the bottom.

JMO,
