William, take a close look at this one. . .

You probably already have it, and I know that some here were impatient and sold early. But "Brilliant Digital Entertainment", which trades under the first 3 initials of its name. . .on AMEX exchange. . .has now become a "SUPER SAM". I have begun my own stealth accumulation of this stock.

Reason. . . this week is the NAB show in Vegas. 115,000 people are attending TODAY this National Assoc. of Broadcasters. Now, of all broadcasters, perhaps the most respected is NBC. Correct? Well, today NBC has signed a deal with Intel, where Intel will provide NBC with the tools, software and technique for converting the NBC programming into DIGITAL VIDEO that is interactive. . . meaning the viewer can selectively change the ending of the show or the rating or the characters, etc. etc. etc. [limited only by your imagination]. NBC has always been on the cutting edge of television technology. . .and eveyone seems to follow their lead. Well, they are counting on Intel for their new digital broadcasting development.

So what does this have to do with Brilliant? If anyone does not know this answer, then they have not visited the Intel website recently, where Brilliant is "introduced" through a very complete subsection of the Intel website. Look at the navigation on left and see the Brilliant sections. Those tools, software and techniques that NBC is buying from Intel, appear to be from Brilliant.

Here is the home page for Brilliant within Intel's site: intel.com

Don't forget that Brilliant has signed a similar deal with At Home Network. . . and are producing interactive DVDs.

So far, it appears that this cat is not yet out of the bag, and we are all able to continue increasing our positions around 3 1/2. Go slow, quiet and "STEALTH." This is not one for the daytrders to run up and back. . . this is our position trade that we take to ?? [double digits?] the SLOW and quiet way. And by then word will work its way out.

Please, no one go around "advertising" this stock, but rather let it sit unnoticed. The confidence is high, and a read of their recent 10K shows that this 5 year old Australian company has made the right moves, the right friends and has the right stuff.

William, you asked for the next TUNE. In my opinion, this one is it. Last week, just before NAB "someone" gave them 6 million dollar credit, in exchange for being able to buy shares at a 15 percent discount over market. The company called in some outstanding convertibles, etc., paying off old debtor, according to last press release. The downside is that companies often do this sort of thing prior to being bought out. A buy-out is not at all what we would like to see here.

Everybody, please do your own DD and make up your own minds as to how you want to trade and invest. I now own a small [but growing] sized long position in BDE.
