The NASDAQ 100 June futures contract is trading up >2000. Does this bode well for the stocks within that category or does this have little meaning. Stated differently, does this predict a near term reversal of the technology slide?
Thanks

Spirit...I know! I can't stand these guys who come out of the woodwork when the damage is already done saying "Oh, these stocks are just too high" Duh! The only people in this industry that I respect are the ones who go against the grain, and are proven right...like the analyst that came out against Dell a few months back. Otherwise any of us could be analysts.

Strange thoughts....
Just as soon as a week or so ago, the analysts were singing the high praises of AOL...upgrading it...setting high targets...
What happenned? Did the drugs wear off and they woke up and decided...oh, I was wrong?
Now we have Joe Kernan on CNBC calling AOL investors too complacent, too forgiving as the "Fidelity" funds sell....

Also...I find it strange that the internets and tech stocks CONVENIENTLY get trashed on the first day of COMDEX.
