Jim,

I have noticed the advance/decline and it is a bullish sign, which I already mentioned.

But that doesnt mean that there cant be a pullback in the DOW. Frankly, I would be surprised if we had a significant correct right now, since I am leaning towards one closer to early MAY. In the meantime after some sort of pullback in the DOW, it is still possible for the DOW to continue higher, but at the expense of the Hitechs if it does.

Some do believe that corrections occur in broadening markets.

Hedge the DOW stocks and maybe buy the Hitechs for the short-term.
