The Serb attack was on a KLA staging area inside Albania. In fact, Albanian forces fought alongside KLA guerrillas in the recent skirmish you refer to. I guess you agree with all those people who thought the US was wrong to bomb the North Vietnamese who were staging their attacks from neighboring Laos. That's what I like about you. You're not too bright. The NATO action was undertaken because of the large refugee outflows from Kosovo not because of Yugoslav expansion. Kosov was already a part of Yugoslavia.
