Mark,

We all know the fundamentals here and have a good idea of what the future holds for Vivus looking out in 1999. Some tree shaking this am by the market makers to shake out the weak holders and accumulate more cheap shares. A ton of money to be lost on the short side if the small fish keep nibbling and if the fundies start stepping in.
I think it will happen soon enough!
