FWIW Just had a visitor from Belgium in my office and we talked about european stocks and their markets, in general. In his opinion, it's unprecedented for stocks in their market to experience the type of appreciation realized in the US markets on a day to day basis. There's no question that the INet developments in Europe are in their infancy and several years behind the US in speed of adoption. Just shouldn't expect the volatility or the swings or the updrafts (or downdrafts) found in US INet stocks. Interesting point of view from one who views the European markets on a daily basis.
