It would only return to that level if less than positive news were issued in the near future. Without news of any significance at all, GLE is bound, in my opinion, for the $4 to $5 level.
Also, another factor, is the positive publicity the Fuel cell industry is benefiting from in general. The result could be a somewhat higher support level.
