Good post. And very true... when you deal in size, you have to make sure the market is going in the opposite direction to get your trade off.... hmmmmm

You make a good point but at lot of small individual investors have made a ton of paper profits from AOL and are loathe to give it all back. I'm one of them.

I bought 4,000 shares last year but bailed out this morning at 132. Just couldn't stand to watch it slide.

Have a limit buy in at 110 for 2k shares.

Confident AOL will return by the summer but in the meantime...

At this rate, it looks like AOL wont split again til 2000.
