LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 1999--InnovaCom, Inc., (OTC/BB: MPEG ), announced today on-going technology demonstrations at this year's National Association of Broadcasters' (NAB) show in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 19-22. The company is highlighting the prominence of its MPEG -2 solutions in various broadcast and business-to-business communication applications.

InnovaCom is also sponsoring a contest, which entitles visitors to enter a drawing to win a home theatre DVD player. The company will give away one DVD player each day of the NAB show.
