Dell's response on 'One 'Eck' of a shake up in Houston'-->

This is what Dell said about the shake up at Compaq, talk about class.

.... Dell, which is in a fierce battle with Compaq for No. 1 in PC sales, declined to comment on the resignations.

"Our attention is on our own competitive position on a day-to-day basis," Dell spokesman T.R. Reid said. "We like that position, and we tend not to preoccupy ourselves with other companies."
