Tom,
As a SBIC, WCAP does not incur any long term capital gains taxes.

Their reported gains are still slightly below actual even with the COOL devaluation. I don't know how WCAP will treat this on their upcoming earnings report but I cannot get to the $1.50 loss.

The point I was making about COOL's 45+ price is that $10 EPS is not out of the question but would require a recovery in COOL's price and/or some fully recognized gains in addition to the 4 IPOs this spring.

Are you still long LPGL? They should report huge profits from NETG,NETPand RAMP IPOs
