Mike,

These days, I'm receiving almost as much mail from Deep Discount Advisors as from the closed-end funds I own. Many of the DDA letters are asking for my proxy. What's your take on DDA and (notwithstanding the obvious advantages of open-ending) what would happen if they actually DID take over the governance of a fund?
