11:23 ET Autoweb.com (AWEB) 31 -2 1/2 (-8%): --Update-- US Bancorp Piper Jaffray starts coverage of issue with a "strong buy" rating and 12-month target of $48; says company has largest dealer network of any Internet-based service, with 4500 dealers (more than 66% larger than nearest competitor); also notes key partnership with State Farm to provide insurance and financing; sees revenue rising from $13 mln in 1998 to $33 mln in 1999 and $38 mln in 2000.

Generally, market seems way oversold. Instead of panick, which I have every right to be doing, I am looking for those cos. that are 'on sale' such as

AWEB
ABTL
DCLK
MSFT
SUNW
ATHM
AOL

A mix of 'real' and 'nets' that will, as they always do, be back.
