I just used the feature to check on some orders that I placed last week. I received a call back immediately and she was very courteous to me. It is a great feature. They still have some bugs to work out with the orders and confirmations. As soon as they get those worked out, we should all do our own e-mail marketing of the products and the stock with everyone we know. Remember "Grass-roots marketing"?
