That's true, for now at least. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing it continue. One example of how a bullish OSX handles a serious downturn in the broad market can be seen by looking at charts from the late summer of '97. I believe the OSX dipped about 10%, and then steamrolled to its peak in Oct./Nov. '97 (when OPEC pulled the plug).

PS - we all know what the subject of Cramers - WRONG column will be ! ...hey; I did say we can learn as much from ''why'' he feels the way he does, as we can from him being right, or wrong (VBG) ! .... I gotta go read the TSC - ohhh no - Cramer is on vacation ! - and with a dose of Montezeuma's revenge - even if he's drinking the Water in Martha's Vineyard.... damn, that article would have been interesting... PSS - I don't think he ''rotated'' into any E&P's either....(VBG). - but sadly, I think he bought the techs on the retracement and we know what he was thinking on Yahoo and the Internet - ohhhh not a good day for the Cra-man..... he'll just have to drown his sorrows on the $1 Billion he'll make on his IPO I guess....(VBG). Raven - ''net shorts'' - nerves of steel man !!! - unfortunately, there are a lot of traders going to make good $ laying on the retracement-Mo on SII CAM WFT shortly - it has happened on all prior runs here - these 3 are ''ducks'' when it happens... - but I would only join in the party and catch a quick ride - I would never try to ''beat the crowd to a OSX short-party''....
